Making Every Detail Count for Campus-Wide Events
Caltech hosts events that match the scale of their work—bold, thoughtful, and highly technical. Whether it’s unveiling a major new building or celebrating faculty and student achievements, every element of the presentation matters.
We’ve worked with the team at Caltech to support some of their most significant recent events. From large-scale unveiling displays to floral graphics, die-cut signage, and even custom carts for scientific prototypes, our role was to make sure every visual detail worked seamlessly with the event.
Services We Provided:
Routed foamboard signage
Large wall and window decals
Suspended floral display grids
Wrapped cart for prototype demo

Custom Solutions for Unique Event Challenges
No two events at Caltech are alike, and this project was no exception. From building a rolling barricade that could safely unveil a 32-foot sign on a sloped sidewalk, to constructing a cart that could both display and transport an autonomous boat, every piece was built from scratch to fit the specific needs of the moment. We worked through material, mobility, and safety constraints to make sure each solution was practical and visually polished.

Graphics That Made a Lasting Impression
What started as temporary event graphics often became permanent installations. For the Resnick Sustainability Center opening, we installed large floral wall decals so well received they were left up after the event. We also produced foamboard signs, die-cut logos, and directional signage throughout the campus—all designed to blend into the environment while still guiding and impressing attendees.
